Using the course

Click on the topics in the left hand menu to display the contents.

You can move through the pages in a topic by clicking on the 'Next Page' and 'Previous Page' buttons in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.

This course automatically remembers the last page you viewed. To exit the course at any time, simply click the CLOSE button on the top banner. When you restart the course, an alert box will display a message asking if you want to jump directly to the page you last viewed or return to the start of the course.

If you have any problems whilst working in the course, check the browser settings information in the Help option located at the bottom left of screen.

Requirements

This course has been designed for Internet Explorer 5.5 or above. Your browser must be set to accept cookies and have JavaScript enabled.

Trouble Shooting

Please check these possible troubleshooting steps below (Note – these courses run on a computer, i.e. laptop or desktop, and are not designed for tablets or phones.)

1. Problem: Some workplaces may have digital security in place to prevent transfer of data (e.g. submission of your completion info) to the Induction site
   Solution: If you’re in the office, try and complete the course on another computer, e.g. a home computer or laptop
   
   
2. Problem: Submission of assessment may not work if using the exact same computer as previously used by another inductee to complete the course.
   Solution: Clear the browser history
   
   
3. Problem: Browser upgrade may disable certain functionality
   Solution: Try another web browser, e.g. Internet Explorer
